From accessibility, structure, gravel flats, riffles and deep pools to its multiple islands, Rim Shoals is the perfect storm for holding large trophy fish and in big numbers.  Anyone who fishes the White River frequently will tell you the same thing, Rim Shoals is the place to wade fish.
